Love is in the air! My dear colleague Rei got married to her french sweetheart last month. It was a simple, cozy affair and absolutely beautiful. Inspired by the bride's sweet little blue dress, the rest of my colleagues and I decided to go with the 1950s style. We sure had a lot of fun dolling ourselves up from head to toe for the theme. I went with a pretty polka dot midi dress from Ruche. I must say this dress found the perfect occasion to make its debut appearance!

Outfit photos by Jennifer (Thank you babe!)
Heartfelt polka dot midi dress from Ruche (out of stock)
Heels (old) from H&M
Handbag (old) from Topshop
Scarf from Bugis Junction, Singapore
Belt taken from another skirt
Satiate lipstick from MAC cosmetics
And of course, no 1950s look is complete without the classic winged liner and red lips. Here's a close up of my makeup that day. All of us added a beauty mark on our face, mine's a spade!

Oooh you look so gorgeous, love this!
