Copenhagen International Fashion Fair

My boss was so kind to bring me along to Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF) over the weekend. The truth is, I haven't been to such a fashion event before and I was excited! The fashion fair is HUGE. We were at Bella Center on Friday and Saturday and I swear we haven't seen everything! This event is a time for distributors and fashion designers to impress potential buyers and lots of effort were placed in the display and marketing of their products.
My hubby must be glad that nothing is for sale because there were just too many pretty things everywhere. All the products are for display purposes and only available for orders by shops. If only I can convince the boss to bring in all these pretty things to her shop. Ha!
Twice a year, my boss will visit CIFF to find and order new stuffs for her wedding and party dress shop. We spend the whole two days going through hundreds of stands and shops, networking with distributors and trying dresses with models in the shops. Honestly, I don't know if I will ever own a shop so it was really fun acting as a buyer there!
And lastly, here's what I wore on Saturday. It was so cold in Copenhagen! I had four layers on me but I was still freezing whenever I was out of the building. It's such a challenge for me to strike a balance between looking good and keeping warm. I wished I had my trusty windbreaker, fleece jacket and ski gloves on but I was too vain to wear them for CIFF. lol.
Here's the outfit beneath my thick layers of coat and sweater.
Black jacket: H&M
Denim jacket: Zara
Stripes dress: H&M
Vintage boots: Nostalgia, Iceland
Scarf: Vila

Have a great week ahead!
