As the day shorten and the sunlight wane, the green leaves everywhere in Sweden are slowly transforming to beautiful autumn foliages of reds, yellows and browns.

It's my first time making bib necklace and SH (my husband) commented it looked a tad too amateurish. Hee, I have to agree with him though I like how the bib necklace turned out. Before I started on the project, I was worried that all the leaves around my neck will make me look like a christmas elf.
Guess there isn't any resemblance, right? =b
The process of making the bib necklace was a lot fun for me, especially figuring out how to use my new sewing machine. Oh yes, did I mention I wanted to pick up sewing? I finally bought a Brother sewing machine (a very basic model) online and it arrived two weeks ago!
I will be back to share how I made the bib necklace. Meanwhile, have an awesome week ahead!

Wow those leaves really are incredible! I can see why you were fascinated with them. I think your necklace came out very well, it's very inspired! It made me think I could even do something similar and sew it onto a plain tank top as a pretty feature.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for the sweet comments.
ReplyDeleteAnd Maria, that's a great idea. hee luckily I didn't sew the ribbon on and maybe I could just pin it on my tank top too. =D
